I’m writing to invite you into a sacred and powerful moment in the life of our church.
As we approach the Feast of Pentecost, we will be entering into a corporate fast, beginning 12:00 AM on Monday, June 2nd and concluding Sunday, June 8th.
Why Pentecost?
Pentecost marks the day the Holy Spirit was poured out on the early disciples in the Upper Room. After 50 days of praying, waiting, and fasting following Christ’s resurrection, the Spirit came in power and the Church was born.
It’s a celebration of renewal, empowerment, and divine purpose.
In that same spirit, we as a community will fast together, seeking:
- fresh wind,
- fresh fire,
- and fresh direction from God
for our lives, our church, and our purpose.
Zoom Preparation Meeting
To help everyone prepare spiritually, mentally, and practically, I’m inviting all members to a 30-minute Zoom preparation meeting on:

- the purpose and posture of the fast,
- what to expect,
- and how to prepare ourselves
