Men of Grace: Mental Wellness & Faith
December 11 @ 6:00 am - 7:30 pm UTC+0
FIND HEALING THROUGH COMMUNITY WITH OUR BLACK & AFRICAN AMERICAN ALL-MEN SUPPORT GROUP!
Are you tired of wearing an emotional mask and pretending to be okay? Join us in our Black & African American all-men support group as we take our masks off and show up as our true, authentic selves.
Led by NAMI-trained volunteers with extensive personal experience coping with mental health challenges, our support group breaks down stigma and fosters a judgment-free zone where we can listen and be heard.
This support group is a safe, confidential space where you can share your experiences and emotions and feel less alone, for others may have gone through similar situations. Together, we can exchange support, provide support, and build hope and understanding. We can learn from each other about local resources, community organizations, and personal coping strategies.
📅 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 6–7:30 PM
🌐 Virtual – Online via Zoom

About NAMI San Francisco
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation’s largest grassroots organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with a mental health condition and their families. At the heart of NAMI San Francisco’s mission is sharing information on treatment and recovery and striving to end the stigma associated with mental illness. To this end, we offer a Helping solution program, support groups, educational classes, and public presentations—at no cost to participants. Visit www.namisf.org for more information.
