Join us in our Black & African American all-men support group as we take our masks off and show up as our true\, authentic selves. \nLed by NAMI-trained volunteers with extensive personal experience coping with mental health challenges\, our support group breaks down stigma and fosters a judgment-free zone where we can listen and be heard. \nThis support group is a safe\, confidential space where you can share your experiences and emotions and feel less alone\, for others may have gone through similar situations. Together\, we can exchange support\, provide support\, and build hope and understanding.
